Return & Refund

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Not custom-printed or personalized items

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products (custom text, custom logo/design)
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Return

1. Email us at support-maczily@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
3. Pack the items securely and drop off at any carrier location
4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support-maczily@gmail.com with photos. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
